Limited playtest permission
Craig Wachowski permits you to:
• access and play the official hosted version of ARTEMIS: Bridge Command in an ordinary web browser;
• allow the browser to make the technical copies and caches normally required for play and offline support; and
• share the official game link with other prospective playtesters.

No other permission is granted. In particular, these terms do not grant permission to redistribute the game files, publish a mirror, create or distribute modified versions, or reuse the game’s code, writing, graphics, characters, or other elements, except where applicable law or a separate written agreement permits it.

Third-party material and legal rights
Any third-party material remains subject to its own rights and terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted, including applicable exceptions and limitations.

Playtest status and warranty
This is prerelease playtest software. It is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Browser-stored progress may be lost.

These are proposed proprietary playtest terms prepared for creator review. They have not been lawyer-reviewed and are not legal advice.
